At BellBlue Reporgraphics there are multiple ways that you can send us your files for processing. All of these ways start with properly preparing your files for printing then "ZIP" packaging them to minmize the time it takes for the files to reach our server from the client PC.

Files can be created out of many different software packages with the most common being AutoCAD 's plot to file printer setup using a HP750C printer. Adobe Acrobat PDF and TIFF file formats work with our printers equally as well. Most other programs have a way of saving or plotting to a file type compatible with Bellblue Reporgraphic's printers.

Many of our clients find it easier to first "ZIP" package multiple files together before sending them off to our server using a utility called WinZIP or similar. Below is a list of files that we are able to accept:

1. Plot files using an HP750C driver
2. Raster files such as TIFF or CALS
3. Adobe Acrobat PDF
4. AutoCAD DXF
5. AutoCAD DWG (Note: We recommend you plot this file type to the HP750C driver above.)

Once you have created your print files and ZIP packaged them you may transfer those files to Bellblue Reprographics in the following fashion:

1. Disk: We accept USB Flash Drives, CD & SD Cards. (PC)
2. Email: Send us your files and order via email. Click here for our plotting@bellblue.com.
3. Internet browser: Upload larger files using your internet browser here. which includes a handy progress bar that gives the status of the file as it's being uploaded to our FTP server.
